Delete your LendKhata account

Use this form to delete your LendKhata Lender or LendKhata Borrower account, or to ask us to delete some of your data. You can also write to our request form.

What happens

• We verify the request using the email or mobile number on your account (we may contact you).
• Within 30 days we delete your login, profile, KYC details, photos, documents, signatures and push tokens.
• Loan and payment records that a Lender must keep by law (for example, accounting or tax rules) are kept only as long as required and are then deleted. Deleting a Lender account removes that Lender's borrower records too.
• Feedback screenshots and server logs are deleted as well.

Request deletion
